Question ~ There has been a burst water pipe and the houses are starting to flood. We don’t have time to wait around for Dial Before You Dig plans. We need to get this fixed ASAP, but we can’t start until everything is located that is in the area so we don’t damage anything. What can we do? ⟶
Question ~ We don’t have time to wait for Dial Before You Dig plans. Can you just come out and we will sign a waiver to say that we accept full responsibility? ⟶
Question ~ We got the Dial Before You Dig plans. They only showed a water main in the area where we were working, so we didn’t bother getting you guys out. Instead we decided to just dug down by hand to expose it and then we were going to do our works. We have got down to one meter deep and have dug one meter either side to where the main should be, but we still can’t find it. What do you suggest we do? ⟶

Question ~ Why do we still need Dial Before You Dig plans when I know there is nothing out where we are digging? Really I just need you to come out and sign off on the paperwork that you have scanned the area. ⟶
Question ~ We have been working onsite for the last 3 months. We know for a fact that nothing new has gone in here, as they would have had to dig through our site to put it in! We have the Dial Before You Dig plans from when we started the job but are only now starting to do the excavating, which is why we now need a cable locator to come out. Can’t you just use those plans? ⟶
