Question: I used to use another guy a few years ago who said he would guarantee that if we got him out to site he would find everything and that if we hit anything he would pay for it. Can you match that?

No.
Your guy was either inexperienced in locating and/or in business in general.
We strongly advise that you double check his terms and conditions (which he probably hid from you until the job was done), I bet on there it would say different.
Although I wouldn’t be surprised that he is now out of business because he couldn’t afford the insurance to cover his guarantee, or because he paid out too many people from incidents that he probably would have had no control over.
Either way, we do not offer a guarantee because we cannot completely eliminate risk of hitting underground services.
We do, however, promise to significantly reduce your risk from what it is before you engage us.
