Question ~ The builder at a new site we are about to start working on has a rule that I have to get a locator out to site. But I don’t bother getting locators out to sites anymore as in the past they have never been able to find anything for me. How much do you charge just to send me the paperwork to say that you have been out and can’t locate anything here? ⟶
Question ~ I normally use another guy and he doesn’t worry about getting all this paperwork stuff done. I rang him this morning, but he now says he won’t do locating anymore. I asked him who to use and he suggested you guys. I rang up and the spoke to the girl on the phone and she wanted my email address to send forms out to me. Can’t you just come out without going through all of that crap? ⟶
Question ~ I used to use another guy a few years ago who said he would guarantee that if we got him out to site he would find everything, and that if we hit anything he would pay for it. Can you match that? ⟶
Question ~ We just went to book a job in on your website for the NDD truck as we need you prove how deep the power, water and Telstra is so we can design we we put a sewer pipe. However it has asked if we can dump the dirt onsite or if it is to be taken to the tip. Can’t you just put it back in the hole you do? ⟶
Question ~ We used you guys about 6 years ago and we didn’t need to worry about any of this paperwork. Can’t you just come out again? ⟶
Question ~ I have a job in Melbourne that I need done, but can’t find anyone up this way and your company keeps coming up on Google. Can you help out? ⟶
